1973 yılından bu yana canla başla çalışıyoruz. 2023’ün eşiğinde yarım asrı geride bırakırken, Noyanlar Group ailesine katılan binlerce müşterimizin kalbine dokunmayı başarmışsak ne mutlu bizlere. İnsanların gözlerinde gördüğümüz, sözlerinde işittiğimiz güven; bizim de özgüvenimizi ve azmimizi tazeliyor. Tüm “mutlu” geri dönüşler; geleceğe umut ve heyecanla bakmamızı sağlarken, bir yandan da yepyeni fikirlerin kapısını aralıyor…
Ülkemize ve dünyanın farklı noktalarına dokunurken “yaşamı” merkeze alıyor ve yaşamı yüceltmeye odaklanıyoruz. Yaşanabilir mekânlar tasarlayarak inşaat sektöründeki konumumuzu da güçlendiriyoruz. İyi işlerin ancak ve ancak geleceği hissederek ve kurgulayarak yapılabileceğine inanıyoruz. Yaşamı tasarlayabilmek için gelecekte olmak gerekiyor.
Güçlü bir ekip her şeyin üstesinden gelebilir.
Geride bıraktığımız yılları, Noyanlar Group’ta edindiğim tecrübeleri düşündüğümde başarımızın güçlü temellerini yeniden keşfediyorum. Birbirimizle, iş birliği yaptığımız şirketlerle ve müşterilerimizle kurduğumuz iletişim, işimizin en önemli parçası. Yaşama değer katan işler bu büyük resmin önemli parçasıdır.
Bu bağlamda Noyanlar Group olarak, uyumlu ve güçlü bir ekiple birlikte “ben” değil “biz” olmaya odaklanarak, sağlıklı ve güçlü “iletişimi” her şeyin üzerinde tuttuk. 2019 sonundan 2022’ye kadar, pandeminin getirdiği pek çok zorluğa birlikte göğüs gerdik. Şimdi 2022 yılını rekorlarla bitiriyor oluşumuzun sebebi, aramızdaki bu güçlü iletişimin bir yansımasıdır.
Umut yılı 2023.
Sağlığın, iletişimin, huzurun ve barışın önemini anladığımız zorlu zamanlardan geçiyoruz… Son birkaç yıldır, dünyamız her açıdan sınanıyor dersek abartmış olmayız. Hepimizin tek vatanı olan dünyamızın verdiği sınav -bir noktada- hepimizin “bireysel” sınavına da dönüşüyor. Birbirimizi dinlemeye, anlamaya çalışmaya ve desteklemeye hiç olmadığı kadar ihtiyacımız var.
Kanımca insanlar arasında sadece birkaç kelimelik mesafeler bulunur. 2023’ün; birbirimizi, birkaç kelimeyle aşabileceğimiz uzaklıklarda kaybetmeyeceğimiz bir yıl olmasını dilerim.
Nerede yaşam varsa orada umut da vardır. 2023 yılı “umut” yılı olsun!

We have been working hard since 1973. As we leave half a century behind on the threshold of 2023, we are more than happy if we managed to touch the hearts of thousands of our customers who joined the Noyanlar Group family. The trust we see in people's eyes and hear their words; It also renews our self-confidence and determination. All “happy” feedbacks; While it allows us to look to the future with hope and excitement, it also opens the door to brand new ideas...
While touching our country and different parts of the world, we put “life” in the center and focus on glorifying it. We also strengthen our position in the construction sector by designing livable spaces. We believe that good works can only be done by feeling and planning the future. In order to design life, it is necessary to be in the future.
A strong team can overcome anything
When I think about the years we left behind and the experiences I gained at Noyanlar Group, I rediscover the strong foundations of our success. The communication we establish with each other, with the companies we cooperate with and with our customers is the most important part of our business. Work that adds value to life is an important part of this big picture.
In this context, as Noyanlar Group, we focused on being "us" rather than "me" together with a harmonious and strong team, keeping healthy and strong "communication" above everything else. From the end of 2019 to 2022, we have faced many challenges posed by the pandemic together. The reason why we are now closing the year 2022 with records is a reflection of this strong communication between us.
The year of hope, 2023 We are going through difficult times where we understand the importance of health, communication, tranquility and peace… It would not be an exaggeration to say that our world has been tested in every way for the last few years. The struggle of our world, which is the only homeland for all of us, turns into an “individual” exam for all of us at some point. More than ever, we need to listen, understand and support each other.In my opinion, there are only a few word distances between people. 2023; I wish it to be a year where we do not lose each other in distances that we can overcome in a few words.Where there is life, there is hope.
